Why do you ask for the names of the parties?
A conflict check cannot be run without them. The association has to establish that it is not already acting for, or against, someone connected to your matter before it can consider the requirement. Names are enough at this stage; the facts of the dispute are not needed yet.
Is what I send kept confidential?
Information shared at this stage is treated as confidential and used only to check conflicts, assess capability and respond to the enquiry, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. It travels as an ordinary web form, though, which is why sensitive documents and detailed allegations should wait for an approved secure channel.
Can I attach documents?
Not through this form, deliberately. A secure, access-controlled route for documents is shared after the initial conflict and capability review, so nothing sensitive moves through a public web form.
